Organic red pigments or various dyes used in
stain or undercoats and have not been sealed properly. |
Best
remedy is to avoid use of bleeding colors. Where bleeding colors have
been used, a vinyl type sealer usually tends to seal the bleeding better
than lacquer sanding sealers.
